The Lobster Claw Nebula, formally known as Sharpless 157 (Sh2-157), is located in the constellation Cepheus, in a nebula-rich area of the sky that, among others, includes the Wizard Nebula, Bubble Nebula, and Cave Nebula. The nice open cluster at the upper left with an unusual triangular shape is NGC 7510. The nebulosity in the lower left corner of the image is the outer fringe of NGC 7635, the Bubble Nebula. This is a 7-hour narrowband image with 3:2:2 hours of H:O:S exposure, taken with an AT65EDQ scope.
